Seven Layer Bars x 2
Ingredients:
3 cups crushed graham crackers (about 18 crackers)
1 cup melted butter
28 oz sweetened condensed milk (should be two cans)
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz white chocolate chips
6 oz butterscotch chips
6 oz toffee pieces (I used the crushed heath pieces)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 13 inch x 18 inch pan, evenly spread the crushed graham crackers across the bottom of the pan. Follow by adding the melted butter to create a graham cracker crust. Then evenly spread the sweetened condensed milk across the graham cracker crust and top with the shredded coconut.
2. On half the pan, evenly layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans, in that order. Then on the other half, layer the white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and slivered almonds.
3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
If you would rather make only one variety of the seven layer bars, half the first 4 ingredients, and use the same quantity of the last three ingredients for the variety you have chosen to make.
Makes: 24 bars. Enjoy!
