Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
10 almonds
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen

Optional additions:
1 T flax seeds
1 T hemp powder
1 T sesame seeds

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
