Happy Friday everyone! In this weeks Friday Find, I want to share with you Thomas Keller's cookbook Ad Hoc. Thomas Keller is one of my favorite chefs (mentioned here) and his dishes are master pieces. Ad Hoc is a little different though than his other books. It is more laid back and the recipes are more comfort food than elaborate dishes. Just paging through the book will make your mouth water. If you love to cook, I highly recommend this book.
