Mojitos are one of my favorite cocktails. I love the combination of the lime and the mint. Being a favorite, I decided to do a patriotic twist on a classic mojito and make red, white, and blue mojitos. Each of the drinks embraces seasonal ingredients using raspberries, coconut, or blueberries and of course a hint of lime juice and some mint.
